In today’s world of hyper functionality, designers are more and more frequently faced with the need to distinguish themselves by exceptional shapes and designs. Emotion and character are new components of design. This can be seen in our modern-day bathrooms. This is why all “almanit” products give priority to design and emotion.
The bathroom nowadays represents not only a hygienic centre of a households, but more frequently satisfies our relaxation needs. Whirlpool baths and whirlpool shower boxes play the key part in this relaxation role, by representing an important source of physical and metal regeneration of a modern man. As we are fully aware of this fact, we aim to design the products that will be a perfect combination of ergonomy, functionality, beauty and quality.
Our bathtubs are manufactured using sanitary grade acrylic sheets and are made using a unique thermal in-mould stamping manufacturing process. This is a modern technology in which the plastic material is heated up until attaining malleability (140-180°C), deposited then in the form and stamped or pressed using air-under pressure. The formed products are strengthened and reinforced with at least 2 layers of fiberglass resin.
Our acrylic tubs are non-porous, hi-gloss, and scratch resistant. Owners will not need much to keep these beautiful, economic tubs working effectively for years to come..
